This lighthouse was built in 1906 and is always in opperation. Come to visit this amazing attraction with his museum.

At the Sainte-Madeleine lighthouse, you will be told the history of the village. You will also see the ancient houses of the lighthouse keepers, the café, the boutique and the zec office. Come observe the salmon fishermen and the fish-pass. In the Madeleine River, the salmons pass by the 72-meter fish pass to let the bigger fish go their way. Take time to walk along the fine sand barachois, to admire the sunset and to observe whales and Northern gannets. You can also go help fishermen catch crab, whelk and lobster.
